The Community of Roland Springs is a community of 104 individually owned townhomes. The community is located on several acres off of Cold Spring Lane just east of Roland Avenue. It is surrounded by the different plats of Roland Park. The common grounds, playground and swimming pool are all popular areas for recreation throughout the year. The recent home sales in the community have ranged from $285,000 to approximately $339,000.

The Homeowners Association fee covers common grounds maintenance, removing snow from the roads, pool maintenance plus water. Taxes and individual home maintenance are among the responsibilities of the home Owner.

The Community of Roland Springs was built in three stages with construction beginning in 1974. The final stage was completed in 1988. The land was formerly the St. Mary’s Female Orphan Asylum which was home to children between the ages of 6 and 14.

"Contemporary style homes with open floor plans and very “usable” interior space make Roland Springs a great value for the money. The beautiful grounds with mature trees, and with easy access to downtown, local shopping, schools universities plus the best hospitals in the area make this a comfortable place to live."
