In January 2007 YWGC Realty was created to cater to Baltimore and Maryland home sellers and buyers, with nothing more than five leaders in Baltimore residential real estate sales and a dream.

We wanted to create a business where associates are handpicked for their excellence. Our goal was to make them part of the family - esteemed, respected and empowered to succeed. There was a lot of wisdom in that founding vision. Today, just four short years later, YWGC is already among the largest independently owned residential real estate companies in Baltimore and Maryland. The influence of our progressive company goes far beyond the real estate industry. According to
SmartCEO magazine, YWGC is one of the
50 fastest growing companies in Baltimore.

Yerman Witman Gaines and Conklin Realty was founded  on the expertise and experience of Michael Yerman, Marc Witman, Brandon Gaines, Cindy Conklin and Bob Merbler. These individuals, firmly entrenched and successful in their various Maryland markets, have attracted the very finest
managers and agents to their team.
