Founded in 2007, The Strata Group’s Yerman Witman Gaines and Conklin Realty brought together five powerful professionals in the Baltimore real estate community to create a company unlike any other in the market.  Michael Yerman, Marc Witman, Brandon Gaines, Cindy Conklin and Bob Merbler all enjoyed positions of leadership in the tight-knit world of Maryland (MD) Realtors.  They started with one Baltimore office and eight agents and have quickly grown to eight offices with more than 200 agents.  In 2010 and again in 2011, YWGC Realty was the fastest growing residential real estate company in Greater Baltimore. Today YWGC has offices in Baltimore City (McHenry Row and Federal Hill),  Baltimore County (Clarkview in Mt. Washington, Timonium and Phoenix),  Harford County (Bel Air),  Carroll County (Westminster), and Anne Arundel County (Severn Square) located near Ft. Meade.
